The RØDE VXLR+ is an adapter from a female 3.5 mm TRS jack to a male XLR with a power conversion circuit: it takes 12–48V phantom power from the XLR port and provides plug-in power for 3.5 mm microphones such as the VideoMicro, VideoMic GO or the HS2 headset mic.
